• First Root the phone
• Now open Volcano Utility
• Select Android Tab and Go to ADB Mode
• Now Tick on Is Root and Click Start (It Will show Whether it's Rooted or not)
• If the phone is Rooted you will see "Have Been Su Rooted"
• Now select Reset Gmail ( If you want to reset the pattern lock only NO DATA LOSS) otherwise you can select wipe all to do a factory reset.
